Ordered the Slim Duo with calamari and shrimp with have fried rice and half noodles. It was EXCELLENT. Not very busy when I went there and ordered on site so I got my order very promptly. A nice addition to dining out choices in Carthage Missouri. It is a food truck with a couple of outdoor tables. I did take out.

I love the spices used in the shrimp!! Can't say I've had anything like it, but it's seriously so good. I have been craving sushi for a long time, and I am amazed with the quality, flavor, and varieties available. I got the Alim Special Roll and Alaska, but I am eager to come back and try more! The people working there were very friendly too 🩷 it is a food truck, which caught me by surprise due to my rushed ordering, haha. Cheers, thank you for your amazing service!!!

This a great place to get a bite to eat. The service was fast and the staff was very friendly. They give you pagers to let you know when your order is ready so you can wait in your car when it's cold/hot out. The food is great. The volcano sushi roll is amazing and the bento boxes are a great deal!
